The Last Space Shuttle launch "Atlantist"

Where you their for the last space shuttle Launch?

Kennedy Space center's visitors complex

I had the opportunity to attend the last space shuttle launch of Atlantis, at the V.I.P spot, but without a price.

No, not a 500 dollar ticket, but as a tour guide. "Literally a sacrifice", not being able to sleep a whole day because they expected you to arrive no later then 12Am at the coach bus location, for gathering those humans who spent 500dollars to see the flight.

A sacrifice in traveling to Kennedy space center's visitors complex at 4am, to then pack people up in the bus, until 7-8am. Wait another 2hrs, to then go to the location where the shuttle would launch.

Until around 11am the space shuttle launched, ticket holders where happy and now to go home with 5 hrs worth of traffic. Takes a toll on a college student who just came from taking a calculus test from 6:30pm-9:30pm, who had no food because everything had to be payed in cash! really who has cash anymore?
